Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) says the risk of an
escalation in violence in conflict-wracked eastern Ukraine is "rising,”
according to RFE/RL. The firing “has not
ceased.” I’ll be answering questions about Russia-Ukraine in an “Evening of
